how i solved this maths problem

How i got the answer:i thought of as many ways as i could then
i counted all the ways and i believe there is four ways to do this
problem.

6+2+1 is one answer

5+3+1 is another answer

4+4+1 is another answer

And the last answer is 3+3+3
