My camp movie

Kia Ora, 
On the 27th of October Ruru went to camp at living spring and we got back on October 30th.
In the time we were at camp the teachers and helpers took almost 3000 photos and we had to make a movie with those photos. The movie took me around 1 week and a half and lots of effort. We did this on Wevideo an new platform for creating content and DLO'S. if you could give me feed back that would be awesome.

Using shapes to make things

Kia Ora,
This week we have been doing geometry.
In geometry we made things with shapes on a google drawing and then we made it in real life. 
I tried to make a lama eating apples from a tree and my friend made a bus train thing. It was really fun and challenging to make. There was also a twist, we had to use all of the shapes that Mrs lee said we had to use.  The shapes were hexagon, oval, circle, star etc. Anyways enjoy :)

This week in Ruru we are have a camp themed week because we are going on camp next week! I'm really exited for it because actives like orienteering and rock climbing. But anyways this week for reading we did mapping and also bunk label designing for camp. also there is the 3rd create task, for the 3rd create task we did a piktochart about something on this website here. For the weekly books we read 3 books about camp. Walt: make meaning of extended text.

My messy math

Over the coarse of the week i have been hard at work on my math!
We have been doing subtraction in standard form. This has been a fun task and only took me 2 math sessions to do. I did 2 pages of this math and it was pretty easy. I did this on a sheet of paper so I'm sorry if my handwriting is messy. WALT: Solve subtraction problems using standard form that require regrouping. Enjoy and stay safe! 😎😎
